Where Next Association provides supported employment, work experience and training to people disadvantaged by learning disabilities and/or other special needs. Real working environments are provided in six social enterprises in Redditch and Bromsgrove, Worcestershire and Studley, Warwickshire:-

• two retail garden centres and horticultural nurseries
• a light assembly, packing and woodworking factory
• a garden maintenance and landscaping business
• a garden machinery repair and maintenance business
• a training department

As well as nationally recognised qualifications in core skills clients gain self-confidence and respect in a charity where disability takes a back seat and ability is developed.
